20lb and losing.....
Guess what? Someone who prefers to remain nameless but has had *ahem* a bit of a weight struggle for maybe 10 years, has just passed the 20lb lost mark... and guess how?
By eating three reasonable meals a day. Increasing activity level. Drinking more water. Rarely eating if not truly (stomach) hungry. Major reduction in snacking. (maybe not totally cut out but FACTORS less!
and............ bought themself a dress to celebrate the smallest dress size for a number of years. No, not a size zero but that's just the point. It's good being where she is, so why not buy herself a pressie?
